Background
Sorbus Consulting, founded in November 2020, is built on my personal hands-on experiences from global leading roles within the Telecom, Automotive and Learning industries, all going through radical changes driven by new technologies and digitalization.
These experiences, such as development of the service business within Ericsson, new electrical architecture of the Heavy Duty Trucks of AB Volvo and development of a corporate university within AB Volvo, are the basis for the services I now offer through Sorbus Consulting. I am passionate about coming into new business situations. Understanding problems and opportunities as a base for new businesses and reach results together makes me very excited.
I am used to working with customers and employees all over the world. In my past roles and assignments, I have mostly worked with heavy growth, but I also have vast experience of the opposite, e.g. as responsible for a large unit within Ericsson during the IT crisis in the beginning of the century. I have had several senior/executive roles during the years including Product Development Manager, Business Unit Manager, Service Manager and Sales Manager. In many of these roles I have had P&L responsibility.
